Felice began her real estate career on Hilton Head Island in 1996.  During her career as a Realtor, Felice was a former Owner and Broker-in-charge of a Prudential franchise and a former Broker Associate with a Coldwell Banker franchise.  With Felice’s extensive resume of top producing real estate agent awards, she joined Lancaster Resort Sales in 2008 as a Broker Associate.  The company, then named, Lancaster Resort Sales has been a respected firm and the best luxury home sales brokerage in Hilton Head Island for over 4 decades.  The affiliation with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices maintained it’s local ownership.  The company renamed Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hilton Head Bluffton Realty.  It made perfect sense to affiliate with the best brand in the country and to have the best Realtors on the island.

An active member of the Hilton Head Association of Realtors, Felice is a Lifetime recipient of the prestigious Distinguished Sales Award. She has also been awarded the Realtor Service Award for her tireless efforts supporting the Hilton Head Island real estate community as well as her many hours of community service. She is committed to maintaining the highest level of professionalism among Realtors. She is also an active member of South Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

In addition, Felice enjoys remodeling and is never finished with her own home. She has a good eye and is happy to share with you local trends and tips to remodel or decorate your home as well as to stage your home properly during the selling process.  She keeps up with  local building laws and code changes that will affect the process.

Felice’s past experience includes teaching Broadcasting & Film at Mercer University in Macon, GA. She moved to Atlanta where she was an account executive for WSB Radio.  She sold radio advertising for the AM & FM stations as well as Sports sales of the Atlanta Braves, the Atlanta Falcons, and the University of Georgia. She says that her past work experiences prepared her well for real estate. Felice says “It is critical to pay attention to detail in a real estate transaction so the process goes smoothly. Then the buyer and seller can focus on their lives.”

On a personal note… When Felice isn’t selling real estate, she enjoys time with friends & family. She enjoys everything about the beach from sunrise to sunset. She enjoys biking the numerous trails around Hilton Head Island. When at home she can be found in the kitchen, with her beloved Larry, cooking for friends & family . Felice says, “good food, good wine, good friends and living with the exquisite wildlife & nature that Hilton Head has to offer is living my dream.”   Her main passion outside of real estate is helping abandoned and abused animals find forever homes.  Her own “animal children”  are all rescues.  Felice likes to help  Palmetto Animal League and other organizations place homeless cats and dogs. She works diligently to decrease the homeless animal population by supporting spay & neuter programs. Felice believes  “if you are kind to the animals, you will  have a special place in heaven….” That is how Felice lives.
